Once I got to experience the taste of leading people in the corporate world, the journey was not always a fun ride. It was a constant juggle between getting my job done, meetings and deadlines, putting fires down and ensuring that the team performs and remains together. Being a rookie in leading at the time, I had moments of not knowing what to do, whom to turn to.
I was missing the tools and I was desperately missing a mentor and a coach on this journey.

SO I STARTED MY TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY

I had to learn how to adapt; how I tick as a leader based on my personality and what my team needs; I have set focus and different priorities; I changed my way of thinking; I became more flexible, and less competitive.
I learned to slow down to go faster.
I learned to let go to go further.

It was my experience with an executive coach that really opened my eyes to the value a coach can bring to the lives of their clients – it was truly inspiring. As part of an MBA you receive leadership classes, but today’s leaders need to be so much more resilient and agile, as well as engaging and supportive with all their stakeholders.

3 COUNTRIES​ & 4 LANGUAGES
I was born and raised in a small town Lesce, Slovenia. My professional sports career took me to Lake Tahoe, USA where I lived for 5 years and today, I'm settled in Bern, Switzerland.
You will hear me speak 4 languages and sometimes I can really make a mix of all of them in just one sentence:

15 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL SPORTS
My childhood and early adulthood I spent flying down mountains of fresh snow on my favourite pair of skis. I'd made the Slovenian National Alpine Ski Team and competed against many big names in the white circus, taking home many national and international team and individual titles.
OVER 10 YEARS OF CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
Throughout my professional career, I have been the leader and member of many different teams. Whether in sports, a local mid-size business or an international corporation, team dynamics and individual contribution to the success of each team was always fascinating to me.
AND STILL COUNTING
Besides running my own coaching business, I am working part time as an internal coach and strategic development lead at Sensopro AG - an inspiring and innovative Swiss company. With this, I still get to taste the flair of true team work and all the challenges that leaders and teams deal with in today's VUCA world.
STAYING ON TOP OF THE TRENDS
To continuously contribute to the development of the coaching industry and staying on top of the coaching trends, I am closely involved with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as the co-leader of the ICF Switzerland Chapter Bern.

WHILE MODEST, I AM PROUD
It might sound cliche, but I am most proud of my two young daughters aged 2 and 4. They are actually my greatest teachers and with them I get to learn something new about myself every day.
